Accessing the Student Help Desk
The district's Student Help Desk is available to all K-12 students through the Dashboard.
Students experiencing technology-related issues can reach out to the district's tech support team at any time, which includes a live-chat feature when a technician is actively online.
Access to the Student Help Desk is available in a few simple steps:
- Log on to the WASD Dashboard via the Quick Links menu on the top right corner of the WASD website.
- Locate and click on the "Help Desk" icon.
- From there, choose one of the three ways to resolve your technical issue: live chat (if a technician is available), send a report or view the frequently asked questions (FAQs).
